Food Donations

Ram Roti / Anna Daan Seva

“Feeding the hungry is not just an act of kindness — it is an offering to humanity.”

Hunger remains one of the most pressing issues in the world today. At Sukhesh Group Welfare Foundation (SGWF), we believe that access to nutritious food is a basic human right, not a privilege. To address this, we have initiated the RamRoti / Anna Daan Seva a daily food donation program conducted through our dedicated “RamRoti Kendra.” Where We Serve, every single day, wholesome meals are prepared and distributed with care to over 100 individuals, including:

  • Patients and their relatives
  • Pregnant women
  • Underprivileged individuals
  • Anyone in need of nourishment

Our services currently operate at:

  • Shatabdi Hospital, Kandivali (West)
  • ESIC Hospital, Kandivali (East)

These are places where families often wait, worry, and struggle. Through RamRoti Kendra, we aim to bring not only food but also comfort, dignity, and a sense of care.

It is said that offering food is equivalent to offering it to God a belief deeply rooted in our culture and values. Food donation, or Anna Daan, is considered one of the most sacred and selfless acts, also known as “Mahadaan.” We carry this tradition forward with devotion and humility.

Beyond Mumbai – Reaching More Lives

Our mission doesn't stop in Mumbai. SGWF has also organized Anna Daan camps in:

  • Sangli
  • Pandharpur

At these locations, we have served meals to hundreds of needy and poor individuals, especially during religious festivals and community gatherings. These camps are not just about feeding people they are about spreading hope, unity, and compassion.
